  2	Identification and development of Energy Conservation (ENCON) opportunity.
  3	Preparation of project report along with technical and economical feasibility & cost benefit analysis
  4	Approval of DPR/ Bank loaning for the project
  5	Finalization of EPC contract and work to commence
  6	Inspection of various equipments pre-dispatch at suppliers (works) and sequential dispatch to the site.
  7	Preparation of FQP and monitoring of quantities of work of site
  8	Co-Ordination during project implementation with EPC contractor.
  9	Monitoring of progress of works as per schedule.
  10	Certification of progressive bills of EPC contactor (for payment)
  11	Satisfactory and time bound commissioning of plants.
