Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for “Investment Grade Energy Audit” for Residential Buildings/ Hotels/ Institute/ Commercial Complex
- The Energy Department Govt. of Rajasthan has issued Energy Conservation Building (ECB) directives for efficient use of energy and its conservation in buildings or building complexes vide Notification No. F20(6) / Energy/ 98/ ECBC/ Jaipur Dt. 30.03.2012 and has made it mandatory that all existing Commercial malls, Plazas, High Rise Building , Cine Plexus and mixed used Buildings ( Residential & Commercial ) having connected load of 100 KW and above or contract demand 120 KVA and above or conditioned area of 1000 Sqm and above in the state of Rajasthan shall get conducted Energy Audit once in every three years by Accredited Energy Auditors/ Energy Manager/ Accredited Energy Audit firms.

Scope of works
OBJECTIVE OF INVESTMENT GRADE ENERGY AUDIT
The objective of investment grade energy audit is to review the present energy consumption scenario, monitoring and analysis of the use of energy and explore the energy conservation options in various load centers of the buildings including submission of detailed project report containing recommendations for improving energy efficiency with cost benefit analysis and technical specification for any retrofit option with list of suppliers/manufacture of energy efficient technologies.
SCOPE OF WORKS OF INVESTMENT GRADE ENERGY AUDIT
The scope of the works includes a details study for energy conservation option of various energy sources like. Electricity and Fuel Oil in the building and recommendations action for reducing the same.
